1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery or the date the order was picked up from our store. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
- Item Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. The item should not have been assembled, damaged, or altered in any way. All original packaging, including boxes, wrapping, and manuals, must be intact and included in the return.

3. How to Return an Item

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If we arranged the original delivery, we will provide return shipping instructions and inform you of the cost, if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply for returns of non-defective items. The fee will be deducted from your refund, and will cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned furniture.
Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we may reduce the amount of the refund. If everything is in order, we will proceed with processing the refund.
4. Refunds
